The Warlords of Washington (Secrets of Pearl Harbor) follows an interview with Col. Curtis Dall, former son in law of Franklin D. Roosevelt, who claims to reveal a historical revisionist truth about what led to the bombing of Pearl Harbor and America’s entrance into WWII. Among his theories in the interview, Col. Dall claims in great detail that “Banking Cartelists” in the upper echelons of the U.S. government, working with Russian Communists, fooled the American and Japanese peoples by provoking and assisting in the Japanese 1941 sneak attack that propelled the U.S. into both the Pacific and European war theaters.
