Haddad, Jr., (1942-2022) attended Gonzaga High School and Holy Cross College. He graduated with Cum Laude Honors from Georgetown Medical School in 1967; and soon after started his family. He served in the US Navy as a doctor from 1968-1970 in the Kingdom of Bahrain.\u003cbr\u003e\n\\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\\nDr. Haddad devoted his life to serving his patients and was known for his happy spirit and warm smile. Specializing in Emergency Medicine and Toxicology, he published a multi-volume text book that served medical education institutions worldwide. He furthered his education later in life by obtaining a Master of Arts degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2006. After retiring from St. Joseph’s\/Candler Hospital, he volunteered his time providing Pastoral Care at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He enjoyed teaching religion courses at St. Leo University and was proud to teach Bible classes at St. James Catholic Church.\u003cbr\u003e\n\\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\\nLester was known for his compassion to others and dedication to his Catholic faith. He loved his Lebanese heritage, the Washington Redskins, the Washington Nationals, and most of all he loved his family.
