INDIVIDUALISM: A System of Politics

The author writes as a lawyer, yet asserts that individualism properly understood furnishes the key to a true political system. On the other hand, there is the view that a well-organized body like the State is best suited to improve the livelihood of individuals in the way of provisions and social services. However, at the same time freedoms could be easily curtailed and even taken away altogether if the State deems there is opposition or resistance to its policy.
